Tyler Coons Maui is based in Lahaina and has had the privilege of living, working, and developing this vibrant community.
The devastating Lahaina fire has left a trail of heartache as it swept through our beloved community, leaving lives, homes, and our rich history and memories in ashes.
As we rally together to heal and rebuild, your support is a lifeline for our community. We are partnering with Sharing Connexion Hawai'i, a 501(c)(3) public charity that specializes in providing solutions for nonprofits and affordable housing organizations.
Together, we are orchestrating fundraising endeavors to contribute to ongoing fire recovery initiatives. Donations received will be processed through Sharing Connexion and are 100% tax deductible.
100% of the contributions will go directly to the people who are in desperate need of assistance, ensuring that your kindness will have a meaningful impact on devastated lives:

Our Community
In the aftermath of the devastating fires, our community faced a dire situation. People were left homeless, hungry, and in need of support. It was and is still a time of great adversity, but in response, our community has come together with unwavering dedication.
We organized a massive community kitchen, a place where the clinking of utensils and the sizzle of cooking food echoed with a sense of urgency. Volunteers worked tirelessly, pouring their hearts into serving those in need. Over several weeks, this kitchen became a beacon of hope, serving over 25,000 meals to our neighbors in distress.
Through the generosity of your donations and our matching funds, we have been able to make grants to countless individuals who are struggling to get back on their feet. These grants, offered with love and compassion, serve as a lifeline for many.
In these trying times, it has been a profound honor to stand together as one, to serve our Lahaina Ohana with unwavering dedication and a deep sense of love and community.

Sharing Connexion Hawai’i is an initiative of Sharing Connexion, a nonprofit with national reach headquartered in Denver, Colorado. In 2021, Sharing Connexion identified the tremendous need for attainable housing in Hawai’i and launched a team on Maui to help with this important work.
